Rebate Business Lead | The Star Brisbane

Full Time Opportunity for 6 months with possibility of extension

Are you an experienced project or business transformation professional who thrives on building something from the ground up? The Star Brisbane is seeking a Rebate Business Lead to oversee the successful reintroduction of our rebate business, ensuring all systems, processes, training, controls, and stakeholder readiness activities are delivered effectively.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the end to end implementation of a major business initiative, working closely with operational leaders, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, and external partners. You'll drive project delivery, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and change adoption to ensure a seamless transition into business as usual operations.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a strategically important function within one of Australia's leading integrated resort destinations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, business transformation, operational implementation, or rebate business management
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects or business reintroduction initiatives
  • Strong understanding of systems implementation, operational readiness, and training programs
  • Experience working within regulated environments, ideally financial services, gaming, hospitality, or customer programs
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and organisational capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes through ambiguity
  • Excellent written, verbal, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading change management and business adoption activities is highly desirable
  • A proactive, accountable, and outcome focused approach
