Cashier Services Supervisor | The Star Brisbane
The Cashier Services Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of Cashiers and assisting in day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the Casino Cages and Keno.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Casino Control Act 1982, associated regulations, and internal accounting procedures. Duties include assisting with Premium Group buy-ins and settlements, handling complex guest service situations, verifying patron funds, and supporting inventory accounting across currency, chips, and financial records.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Cashier or similar finance related field
- Previous Supervisory experience, advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of Casino Cage procedures
- Knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982 and associated legislation
