As a Director Gaming, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our premium services offerings, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our most valued guests. Your strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering exceptional customer service, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead a dynamic team, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of The Star Gold Coast.
Please note that this is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the implementation of business plans, strategies and activities to achieve outstanding guest experience
- Ensure guest service delivery in a timely, effective and efficient manner that meets both the guest’s needs and corporate standards
- Provide advice and assistance to managers in implementing all people related strategies while ensuring organisation objectives are prevalent in any new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring alignment of strategies
What we will be looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership capacity in the Casino Industry with both strategic and tactical planning skills
- Proven people management experience including driving team member engagement, capability, development and managing performance
- Ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders and influence to drive change
- Thorough understanding of all relevant statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures, including Responsible Gambling and Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or business field, Gaming Management qualifications desirable
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license
