As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be reporting directly to Customer Experience Manager, where you will oversee a calendar of Premium Guest events aimed at driving gaming visitation and revenue for local and prestige-targeted customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can contribute to building guest culture and develop end to end management of Premium Guest events.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Delivery of Events Gaming calendar contributing to the delivery of reaching budgeted revenue and return on marketing investment
- End-to-end management of Premium Guest events from customer targeting, investment, invitation strategy, execution and post-implementation review
- Managing supplier relationships including facilitating supplier set up, processing all payments for suppliers and building these relationships with suppliers
- Ensure event activities comply with RSA and RSG codes, statutory requirements and company policy
- Monitor real-time event attendance and adjust execution and management of allocated budget
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administration/ guest service environment
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Gaming
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses
- Excellent relationship building skills along with verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of player tracking systems (e.g. Opera, Filewise, Lotus Notes, KCMS, etc.) desirable
