As our Senior Workforce Analyst reporting to the General Manager of Workforce Performance, you will play a critical role in supporting wage compliance rectification efforts across the organisation. You will lead detailed data analysis to identify discrepancies, ensure alignment with industrial instruments, and develop high-impact reporting that drives transparency and strategic decision-making. Your insights will inform rectification strategies and support continuous improvement in wage compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex workforce data sets to identify wage compliance issues and support rectification activities.
- Develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards that communicate wage compliance findings to stakeholders and guide strategic action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement data-driven strategies that improve wage compliance outcomes.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of wage-related data across the group.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4–5 years’ experience in a commercial, business, or workforce planning analyst role.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis within a workforce management or wage compliance environment.
- Strong skills in data visualisation, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Solid understanding of resource planning, Enterprise Agreements, and labour optimisation methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in labour cost analysis are highly desirable.

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping future solutions by turning data into clear, strategic actions that support fair and accurate remuneration across the organisation.
