As our Events & Marketing Manager (Members), you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of Events and campaigns and creative initiatives across various touchpoints. Your innovative thinking and artistic vision will craft the way we captivate our audiences and elevate our brand presence in the market.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Drive new member acquisition to The Star Club through appropriate property offers and support for the loyalty program in driving property activity, including all direct communication with The Star customers.
- Create reports and measurements on the impact of events and member marketing activity via post implementation reviews to evaluate and provide strategic direction regarding status, associated costs and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Build offers for deployment to relevant value segments (promotional copy, rules and restrictions, legal review, Safer Gambling review, etc.) and develop and monitor success at program, customer segment, and campaign level.
- Work with Marketing Managers to deliver accurate briefs to the Creative Agency and ensure campaign concepts and rollouts are delivered on time, within budget and effectively represent business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive marketing experience within the Gaming and/or Hospitality industry with experience managing multiple complex creative projects
- Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that support wider business goals
- Solutions-minded approach with a track record of working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, particularly in Gaming Marketing, Responsible Service of Alcohol, privacy, and copyright
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and persuasive presentation of design concepts
