As our Product Owner reporting to the Platform Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the continuous delivery of assigned platform(s). This includes working with key stakeholders across the business to embed the operations of new products into business as usual process, prioritise the product backlog and provide an optimised employee and customer experience
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working closely with key stakeholders, including external vendor partners, to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmap and ensure stabilisation in operations.
This role is a 12-month maximum term full-time position/Secondment.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Product subject expertise – accumulate, own and distribute IP knowledge across all areas of the relevant areas of the business and technology.
- Product innovation and design using user research, user centred design and customer centric design
- Conceptualising new products and services
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements for Development teams or vendor partners
What we are looking for:
- 3 yrs+ Experience in a Product Owner role or similar (e.g. Project Manager / BA /) in the Sales, Service / Marketing/Hospitality space (area applicable to platform owned)
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/E-Commerce/Marketing/Information Systems/Hospitality) or equivalent experience
- Product lifecycle experience within software and digital, UX/CX design, development and analysis understanding
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
About you:
You’re a hands-on Product Owner with experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of gaming platforms. You’re skilled at working with diverse stakeholders to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver value.
Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across teams.
