Our Senior Strata and Asset Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and performance of caretaking and letting assets, ensuring high standards and compliance with all relevant agreements and regulations. Forge strong relationships with the Committee and implement initiatives to maximize letting pool performance and owner returns, whilst applying a best practice approach at all times. 

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Ensure compliance with by-laws, the Building Management Statement and Caretaking and Letting Agreements. 

  • Implement policies and procedures, negotiate agreements, and resolve escalated complaints. 

  • Prepare budgets, manage income distribution, and oversee trust accounting practices. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including representing the company at Body Corporate Meeting's and AGM’s. 

  • Ensure policy compliance, support O.H.S and sustainability initiatives. 

What are we looking for 

  • Pre-opening experience in large strata hotels and previous GM-level role in strata apartment letting. 

  • Full QLD real estate license. 

  • Strong organizational, communication, judgment, and analytical abilities; exceptional stakeholder engagement. 

  • Working knowledge of relevant Acts and agreements; ability to address urgent matters and work within complex structures.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to lead discussions confidently and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. You are ready to bring your expertise and creativity to enhance the management and operations of The Star Gold Coast’s residential properties.
