The Business Development Executive reports directly to the Senior Premium Guest Executive and is responsible for promoting Star Entertainment Group properties to guests, driving incremental visits, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers on-site to build visitation and foster relationships
• Collaborate with property marketing teams to maximise event and function benefits
• Actively seek new members in the marketplace under the Business Development Manager's advice
• Welcome new members to the Star Club through tier match opportunities
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns targeting both known and potential guests to promote The Star Entertainment Group

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Casino market and relevant compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act, associated legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control
• Experience in customer relationship and corporate account management
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a gaming environment preferred
• Previous local and/or domestic casino marketing experience highly desirable

About you:

To succeed in this position, you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders. You will have prior experience in guest service or customer service, preferably within a hotel or hospitality/gaming environment.
