The Premium Guest Executive reports directly to the Senior Premium Guest Executive. This role is accountable for growing and retaining existing and new business by leveraging meaningful customer relationships and using opportunities such as promotions, events and one on one relationship marketing initiatives.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated Hosting List of local Platinum & Diamond members
• Represent The Star at hosted events and promotions both on and off site
• Assist with the execution of strategies to increase hosted player visits, identify new players and retain and grow market share
• Obtaining Source of Wealth information for all Platinum and Diamond members, as well as other members when necessary.
• Accountable for visitation of individual hosted group
• Manage and plan business-related sales and marketing expenditures in line with the approved budget

What we are looking for:

• Effective time management skills
• 2+ years gaming or hospitality experience
• Competent technology skills including database management
• Effective written and verbal English communications 
• Sales and influencing abilities

About you:

To succeed in this position, you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders. You will have prior experience in guest service or customer service, preferably within a hotel or hospitality/gaming environment.
