As a Health & Safety and Injury Management Advisor, you will support the execution of our health and safety strategy through fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing. This role plays a vital part in reducing incidents, improving health and productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Encourage ownership and ethical leadership, fostering a strong health and safety culture across the organisation
- Support business leaders to identify, assess, and manage health and safety risks in line with the Safety Management System and relevant policies
- Provide ongoing support for the Injury Management Team by coordinating, promoting and monitoring the rehabilitation and sustainable return to work for team members
- Verify the effectiveness of the SMS through audits, inspections, and data reviews
- Assist timely reporting and escalation of incidents and regulatory notifications
What we will be looking for:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Demonstrated experience in a health and safety role within a multifaceted industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
