The Senior Manager Safer Gambling, reporting to the Director of Safer Gambling, will contribute to the development, execution, and ongoing management of The Star Sydney’s Safer Gambling strategy. This role will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and supporting regulatory and legal compliance efforts within the Safer Gambling team.

A few of your responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Safer Gambling with stakeholder engagement and information sharing to ensure operational compliance
- Maintain effective communication between the Safer Gambling team and other business units
- Implement and communicate Safer Gambling policies and procedures across the workforce
- Support the development and delivery of Safer Gambling education, training, and communications
- Monitor compliance with laws, codes, and regulations, including signage and marketing materials
What are we looking for
- Experience in community engagement, Safer Gambling, and harm minimisation programs
- Skilled in building strong relationships and leading change initiatives
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business
- Familiarity with operating systems, internal controls, and exclusion protocols
- Proven leadership and people management skills

With practical experience in regulatory compliance, exclusions processes, and policy communication, you consistently uphold operational standards across the business.
