About the role:
As our Employee Relations Coordinator, reporting to the Employee Relations Compliance Manager, you will provide vital support to leaders and team members on Employee Relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while contributing to our overall strategy.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Provide support and advice to leaders on low-risk and low-complex ER matters, including probationary periods, flexible work applications, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate the ER consultancy program of work, including meeting notes, coordination, and project progress tracking.
- Identify ER trends and deliver regular presentations on ER analytics to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the ER team, including preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation.
- Ensure compliance with The Star’s sustainability strategy, including waste minimisation and energy efficiency activities.
What we are looking for:
- Experience or knowledge in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with leaders and team members.
- A detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks and reporting.
- A proactive mindset for identifying and implementing process improvements.
