As the Premium Guest Manager, you will support the Senior Vice President Premium Guest and Senior Leadership team through growing our premium guest segment. You will also lead a team to manage the planning and operational function ensuring retention, growth and the professional provision of bespoke service to The Star.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will focus on leading the team along with building memorable connections with our guests, regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders and teams. 

 

A few of your responsibilities:    

  • Improve and implement strategies to ensure Premium Guest Executive’s guest service targets are achieved
  • Develop and recommend strategies to increase Premium Guest Executive hosted player visits, retain existing VIP members and grow market share to meet business outcomes
  • Provide regular meaningful feedback, coaching and guidance to Premium Guest Executives to ensure guest service objectives achieved

You have well developed business acumen and understand how to connect with a potential guest base and promote membership through exceptional guest service and product knowledge. You confidently coach and mentor, openly sharing your expertise with the wider team. You are risk-aware and promote all aspects of our commitment to taking good care of our guests, team members and the wider community.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Premium Guest function at The Star.
