The Assistant Project Manager, reporting to the Project Manager, will support the coordination and execution of project activities, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with organisational policies.

A few of your responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects assigned by the Director of Property Operations or Project Manager
- Oversee site planning and delivery to meet cost, time, scope, and quality targets
- Support project scoping, reviews, and budget preparation
- Assist our legal team with contracts and secure required approvals (DA, BA) before work begins
- Monitor service quality to maintain high standards
- Maintain and update Document Control Systems (DCS)
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Design, or related property field
- 5+ years’ experience in property or construction
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Completion of industry/project inductions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with a strong foundation in property and construction. You’re skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Your ability to analyse complex information, negotiate effectively, and build strong working relationships makes you a valuable contributor to any project team.
