As our Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the distribution function is safe, efficient, effective, and professional. Supervise the operational functions of the warehouse, loading dock, drop zone and BOH corridors.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Support the Warehouse and Logistics Assistant Manager with the daily operations
• Compile data and provide tracking and monthly reporting statistics on deliveries and stocked items
• Set daily performance objectives for all Warehouse team members while supervising the service flow and performance
• Supervise stock inventories and ensure all items are received in accordance with quantities and quality
• Prepare rosters and manage leave, time and attendance records

What we will be looking for:

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision and administration
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and act on data
• Working knowledge of inventory software systems (SAP & Oracle)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of supply chain and receipting processes
• Flexible availability to suit business needs
