The Director of Marketing – Leisure and Entertainment, reporting to the General Manager Marketing will serve as the strategic marketing lead for The Star Sydney’s Leisure and Entertainment portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across key non-gaming areas.

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Partner with the General Manager Marketing to align Leisure and Entertainment strategies with brand vision, commercial goals, and growth plans
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across entertainment, dining, nightlife, and leisure
  • Ensure Leisure and Entertainment marketing maintains Masterbrand standards while supporting distinct venue positioning
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure quality execution and strong ROI
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing – Gaming to drive integrated resort-wide planning

 

What we are looking for 

  • Extensive senior marketing experience in leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns that drive commercial outcomes
  • Skilled in managing promotional calendars and multi-channel campaign sequencing
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, Masterbrand stewardship, venue differentiation, and owned channel content

You are a senior marketing leader with extensive experience across leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. You have a proven ability to craft and deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable business results.
