As the Premium Services Supervisor reporting directly to the Premium Services Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-end patrons receive the ultimate in luxury and world-class service. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premium gaming areas, managing a team of dedicated hosts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.  

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Monitor guest access and dress code in the Premium areas 
• Assist guests and Gaming Services Host’s with queries regarding Premium membership 
• Escort guests to private gaming salons and assist with their needs during gaming activity 
• Deliver Executive Hosts their quarterly and half yearly appraisals and train new Premium Services team members 

What we will be looking for: 

• Proven experience in a team leading position in a guest service-related field 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders 
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions 
• Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation 
• Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
