The Senior Gaming Services Host assists the Gaming Manager to oversee the operational aspects of Electronic Gaming by effectively directing staff to ensure service standards are maintained and each shift runs smoothly with a focus on the guest.

A few of your responsibilities   

• Assist guests with queries regarding the rewards program.
• Deal with guest complaints and escalate if required.
• Conduct gaming promotions and assist with marketing activities as required.
• Maintain guest’s data and files with integrity, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Read emails, add notes of importance to shift diary.
• Complete Shift Report.

What we will be looking for  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous exposure to supervising staff
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Hospitality environment
