The Access Control, Team Entry and Lost Property Manager role reports into the Security Operations Manager and will manage the delivery of security operations incorporating access control, team entry and lost property to ensure the safety of team members, guests, contractors, and company assets across The Star Entertainment Group.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Access Control, Team Entry, and Lost Property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and service standards while managing shift activities and incident reporting.
- Manage access systems and permissions, including keys, access cards, and CCTV monitoring, to safeguard company assets and support investigations into undesirable activities and compliance breaches.
- Drive team performance and development through effective staff management, training programs, and performance planning to maintain high service quality and operational consistency.
What we are looking for:
- Suitable Security Leadership experience and thorough understanding of the Team Entry, Lost Property and Access Control processes
- Relevant qualifications within the security industry
- Senior First Aid Certificate (including advanced resuscitation and defibrillation)
- Knowledge of QLD Casino Control Act 1982, Qld Criminal Code and QLD Liquor Act 1992
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses.
