As a Trainee Games Dealer, you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.

Interviews are set to be held late August with successful applicants commencing on the 7th of October 2025. (Availability for full-time training, Monday to Friday, for 5 weeks is essential)

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Deal table games with proficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players
  • Promptly report any potential breaches of game security
  • Ensure that the assigned games are fully always equipped and functional
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions

What we are looking for:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in maths, ability to tackle mathematic problems without a calculator
  • Attention to detail & high level of concentration
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
  • Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
