About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support our leaders by sourcing and assessing great candidates and assist in the background checks negotiating offers.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for undertaking all Talent Acquisition activities in line with the Company strategy and business priorities.
• Having a ‘dedicated focus’ on delivering the best candidate for each job role.
• Ensuring you have a proactive approach to engaging and sourcing the right candidates at the right time.

What we are looking for:

Excellent people and communication skills
3–5 years’ experience supporting leaders with their hiring within a large, complex organisation
Ability to manage recruitment projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and experience TA professional, with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement.
