About the Role

As a People Projects Analyst, you will provide data analytics and reporting to improve the effectiveness of people-related initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and support smaller projects, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful outcomes.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for key stakeholders and board papers
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support and manage people-related projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with People & Performance teams and other business units to ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all deliverables

What we are looking for:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferably with experience in HR data and systems
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting leaders within a large, complex organisation
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
