The Warehouse and Logistics Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Contracts Supply Chain & Retail will oversee the coordination of warehouse and loading dock operations, ensuring efficient use of space and resources for the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock.

A few of your responsibilities  

• Ensure WHS, compliance, and legislative requirements are met across warehouse and loading dock operations
• Continuously improve processes to maximise efficiency and meet business goals and budgets
• Maintain and update policies and procedures to uphold operational integrity and service standards
• Implement strategies to prevent theft and protect company stock
• Enforce controls to ensure stock only leaves with proper authorisation and documentation
• Optimise and lead internal and external transfer schedules
• Complete daily admin tasks to support departmental and company objectives
• Oversee inventory to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of stock
• Monitor delivery and stock data to identify and resolve anomalies

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain (e.g. Diploma or Cert IV in Warehouse Management)
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams within growing businesses
• Extensive background in warehousing and/or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and people skills
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, including HACCP and WHS

You’re a seasoned logistics professional with a strong background in warehouse operations and supply chain management.

You’re highly organised, analytical, and confident in your ability to optimise processes, manage inventory, and uphold compliance standards including WHS and HACCP. Your communication and people skills enable you to build strong relationships across teams, and your proactive approach ensures stock security, accurate reporting, and smooth delivery schedules.
