As a Cashier Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cages and Keno services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Cashiers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Set up and manage patron accounts ensuring compliance, accuracy and integrity across all transactions
- Oversee operations with a focus on maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Supervise and guide the Cashier team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment
- Collaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control
What we will be looking for:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment
- Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accurately
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teams
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
