THE POSITION

• Management of all aspects of Village Operations whilst on an offshore or remote site
• Maintaining consistent operational performance as per Client standards, driving quality, and developing, and implementing cost minimisation measures
• Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation whilst ensuring staff engagement and development
• Management of employees, ensuring all services are covered at all times across each department
• Conduct or attend Toolbox/Pre-start meetings 
  
  

THE PERSON

• Previous experience as a FIFO/DIDO Assistant Village Manager or Village Manager on site
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train and maintain effective and engaged teams
• Excellent communication skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets, dealing with profit and loss, and allocating appropriate resources
• Ability to identify and implement new innovations
• Experience in staff retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn and understand new systems promptly
