We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC’s to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport, 12 Hour Days, 11 hours Paid. Applicants looking to start in March 2024 are encouraged to apply.

THE POSITION

• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Operational Support

THE PERSON

• Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• WA Based and able to depart from Perth Airport
• Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
• Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
• Current CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable
• Team player and able to work autonomously
