The Position:

  • Report on Outlet performance and foster a learning and continuous improvement culture.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
