ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION

As part of our FIFO casual chef pool, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise across multiple sites throughout Western Australia. Whether it's preparing gourmet meals in a remote camp kitchen or crafting hearty dishes for a bustling work site, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

THE PERSON

• • Prepare and cook a wide range of meals to high standards, catering to diverse dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Adapt to different kitchen setups and equipment as required.
  •  Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Minimum in Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Trade qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-study experience.
