About the Role

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
• Lead the barista and food services operations
• Speed, efficiency, and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• Showcase excellent time management skills
• Maintaining the service area to high standards

About You 

• Previous experience in a barista role
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in working independently and with leading a team
• Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
