The Position:

·  Full-time role for an organized Chef to collaborate with a small team, delivering premium daily meals and event catering.

·  Ensure exceptional food safety, quality, and attention to allergen/dietary needs.

·  Plan and execute function menus and services.

·  Manage a small business budget and control costs.

·  Oversee catering operations, stock control, and ensure WHS, HACCP, and food safety compliance with a focus on waste reduction.

·  Forecast food requirements, manage orders, and stock.

·  Experience in operational and financial aspects of catering, seeking growth opportunity.

The Person:

·  Certificate III in Commercial Cookery & Food Safety Supervisor certification.

·  3+ years of chef experience in similar venues.

·  Strong team player, comfortable in small teams.

·  Extensive knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.

·  Proven leadership and organizational skills, able to work autonomously and under pressure.

·  Effective communicator.

·  Proficient with computer and online business tools.

·  Reliable transport required due to limited public transport.Benefits:
