Your role as a Site Manager located at Geelong Grammar Timbertop Campus, will play a vital piece in nurturing the health and well-being of Year 9 students, fostering independent thinking as they live away from home. In this hands-on role, you will take in the outdoor elements while leading a team that provides exceptional service to a prestigious school that prioritizes student development.


The Person

  • Proven experience in catering and catering management
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with expertise in both people and systems
  • Culinary expertise coupled with front-of-house management experience
  • Strong ability to engage with students and maintain excellent client relationships
  • A proactive, hands-on manager who is passionate about mentoring and developing a professional team
  • Deep enthusiasm for food and hospitality, with a commitment to promoting healthy eating habits


Key Duties

  • Take a proactive approach in leading daily catering and dining operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee stock control and cost management, meeting budget targets while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Inspire, mentor, and support your team to reach their full potential, sharing your expertise to foster growth.
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service, exceeding the expectations of both clients and students.
  • Tackle the rewarding challenge of nourishing Year 9 students during their transformative year away from home.
