The Position
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
- Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
The Person
- 2+ years experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment
- Customer service skills
- Good knife skills
- Can do Attitude
- Must have Sound understanding of Allergen Management, HACCP qualifications and the ability to work within budgets
- Applicants are required to have the Working with Children's Check.
