Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QLD Children's Hospital Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager.
Responsible for the efficient delivery of the commercial services supporting the delivery of Hard Facility Management services. The role will include the requirement to develop and manage support staff assisting in administration of the Help Desk, QFM and auditable documentation supporting invoicing.
The Position
- Preparation and timely delivery of the monthly payment schedule.
- Overall responsibility for the P&L for the business unit.
- Developing budgets for PPM works in conjunction with the maintenance planner and trade supervisors.
- Instructing all reporting staff in the work order workflow.
- Development of functional business continuity plan accounting for various levels of business interruption
- Maintenance of electronic document library accessible to QCH and DFM
- In conjunction with DFM management, maintaining and appropriate distribution of policy and procedures documentation
- Oversee with input from relevant management the periodic reporting requirements of Appendix A (MA48)
- Arrange customer satisfaction survey to be conducted, collated and distributed (MA49)
The Person
- Accounting degree qualified
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
- Contract Management experience
- Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system.
- In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
