Provide Administration Support
• Maintain administrative records and complete data entry.
• Prepare and distribute periodical and ad hoc reports.
• Assist with distributing catering communications.
• Order office stationery and equipment for store location
• Attend catering operation meetings where required.
Lead and Manage People
• Coach and develop team members.
• Develop and promote training for store staff.
• Develop team commitment and cooperation.
• Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures.
• Model high standards of performance and behaviour
• Manage team performance.
• Pre inductions for store team
• Develop, maintain, and implement store staff roster.
Managing Stock Control, Daily, Weekly & Monthly
• Establish and implement stock control systems.
• Receive and store supplies appropriately.
• Managing the 3-way matching of all food stock
• Conducting all counts of products delivered
• Cross matching invoices and closing receipts.
• Supervision of all staff on truck days
• Rotation of stock and stores preparation
• Printing all POs in preparation for truck day.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef & Site Management with the EOM stocktake.
Manage and Maintain Functions, Transfers.
• Billing, Inventory Systems
• Take responsibility and ownership for clients for all functions.
• Work with customers to build long term relationships for future functions.
• Communicate with the Executive Chef for the preparation of menus/ordering for functions and events.
• Maintain all records for all catering functions and events.
• Complete accurate and timely billing procedures and process receipts with the commercial stakeholders monthly
• Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of inventory systems by regularly reviewing procedures, conducting audits, and implementing improvements while working with store staff to maintain accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team on EOM function and stocktake actions that are required.

Requirements
Preferable relevant Certificate in Hospitality
Forklift license essential, Drivers license, Proficient in computer skills familiar with relevant software applications, Microsoft Excel, database management systems, Microsoft Outlook, collaboration, and communications tools, warehouse experience.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties within his/her capabilities as required by the manager.
