About the Role
- Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for retail catering, functions and events
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
About You
- Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Experienced in cafe style retail and functions catering
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
