The Person

  • Assisting the Manager with everyday tasks 
  • Experience in retail and large volume function catering  
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
  • Experience in workplace health and safety issues
  • Strong communication with client, staff and customers
  • Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain
  • Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills 
  • Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence

Key Duties

  • Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
  • Hours are mainly Tuesday to Saturday during the school term  
  • Plan and organise events
  • Manage labour and food costs
  • Lead and manage staff members
  • Maintain client and customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative duties
