THE POSITION
- Execute catering across our elite corporate venues designing dishes for functions, banquets, and cocktail events.
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
- Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
- Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
- Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided
THE PERSON
- Chef's Trade Qualifications
- Driven and self-motivated individual who is capable of working autonomously
- A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
- Previous experience in a high-end environment – function / a la carte / boardroom setting (mandatory!)
- An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
