THE POSITION

• Manage the Compass Mobilisation Program Gantt Chart including updating, monitoring, and advising of upcoming milestones and deliverables
• Monitoring and providing risk management advice on critical paths and key milestones
• Coordinate monthly Mobilisation Program team reviews with the core mobilisation team, quarterly corporate support reviews and preparation of reports identifying key mobilisation risks emerging out of the Program
• Attend, and actively participate in, a wide range of meetings including the critical Project Co ORTWG meetings which encompass commissioning and acceptance, employee transition, FM services, operational documentation and training and development
• Manage and co-ordinate input and support from Corporate Support functions including Payroll, Systems, Recruitment, IS&T, Commercial, Foodbuy (Supply Chain), HSEQ, Learning and Development and Diversity teams during design, planning and preparation activities

THE PERSON

• Project Management qualifications and/or significant experience working with project management principles and ability to apply
• Demonstrated governance and planning skills 
• High level research skills and capacity to assimilate findings into an intuitive and informative state
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to understand priorities and meet deadlines underpinned by excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• High level MS Project, Excel Skills
