The Position

• Develop a comprehensive cleaning and waste management strategy from start to finish.
• Lead key projects, engaging with stakeholders, analysing data, and creating strategic documentation.
• Attend meetings and workshops, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring project success.
• Represent the business professionally and confidently to clients and external partners.
• Develop technical documentation to support environmental services commissioning.
• Assist in creating and refining operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The Person

• A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Operational experience in service delivery, following processes and SOPs.
• Proven expertise in healthcare cleaning and infection control policies.
• A background in process development, documentation, and training in healthcare.
• Familiarity with QFM and iClean software (preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
