THE POSITION

• Ensure hospital compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Train and educate staff on compliance, patient safety, and best practices.
• Investigate incidents, oversee corrective actions, and mitigate risks.

THE PERSON

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks
• Experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with local and international healthcare laws, policies, and patient safety protocols.
• Experience in handling compliance breaches, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
• Skilled in monitoring performance metrics, compiling reports, and presenting findings to leadership.
