Levy Australia are looking for passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Event Coordinators to join our dynamic team. These roles are pivotal in planning and coordinating events that ensure the utmost client and guest satisfaction. THE ROLE
- This role is responsible for the successful coordination, events and functions, including client (internal and external) liaison and dining operations.
- Planning includes compiling run sheets, floorplans and managing invoicing
- Provide administration support to the site’s management team.
- Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
- Liaise with kitchen and service teams regarding room set up and menu requirements
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients
THE PERSON
- Ideal candidate had previous experience in a function venue or large-scale event environment
- Junior role is ideal for someone who has just kick-started their Functions Coordination career!
- Interest in the food and beverages / hospitality industry
- Knowledge of front of house service and room set ups is desireable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Priava, or other similar event management software
- Detail orientated.
