Internal Secondment Opportunity – Site Manager (Mobilisation Support)
2-3 month secondment opportunity with the potential for extension 
Start May 2025

THE POSITION:

  • Step into a key secondment role to support the mobilisation and operational readiness of a brand new site
  • Partner with and mentor an incoming Site Manager, sharing internal knowledge and best practice
  • Oversee day-to-day operations during the mobilisation period, ensuring smooth transitions and high standards
  • Drive operational efficiency, manage cost controls, stock systems, and support financial reporting processes
  • Champion exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Play a hands-on role in building a high-performing team culture and reducing turnover through strong leadership

THE PERSON:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-end hospitality, leading diverse teams across bar, catering, front desk, and cleaning operations
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and support P&L performance
  • Confident and collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills to engage, support, and influence teams and stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of hospitality standards, including food safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems, with a focus on resource planning and reporting
