We are seeking 1 Qualified Refrigeration Tech/ HVAC available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 14&7 Days Only roster FIFO From Brisbane or DIDO  from residents nearby. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with a crew of approximately 20 Delta staff working to keep this remote camp in full operation.

$125,000 Gross + Allowances + Super

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & QLD Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
• QBCC Licence (Contractors not required)
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• ISI Induction (site will arrange)
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug + Alcohol Screening
• Available to FIFO ex Brisbane Airport or DIDO from nearby
