We are currently seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our team based with one of our sites at Holiday Inn Express - Brisbane Central. This is a part time role with shifts offered Monday - Friday, 6am to 1pm.

The Role:

• Maintaining, cleaning and servicing pantries & kitchens on the client floors
• Stock management
• Have or be willing to obtain food safety supervisor certificate 
• Relay feedback from clients
• Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
• Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times

The Person:

• Experience in site leadership and client relationship management
• Ideally 2+ years of hospitality or kitchen experience
• Microsoft Office, rostering, ordering software experience a bonus
• Available mornings to cover 5 days per week
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
