The Position

• Barista all-rounder duties, with a good understanding of speciality coffee
• Roster efficiently and meet labour cost target without compromising service
• Supervise and lead fellow team members
• Cash register reconciliation
• Stock control
• Food preparation skills –assembly and presentation of sandwiches
• Customer feedback response
• Adhering to the company food safety program
• Working collaboratively with the Site Manager, Head Chef and the school to ensure the food offered is evolving with market trends
