$47.76 Per Hour + Penalties + Super

We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport.

THE POSITION

• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes
• Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Operational Support

THE PERSON

• Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
• Full C Class Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Able to provide a Police Check within 12 months
• Based in Perth and able to access Perth Airport for ongoing works
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
