We are seeking Electricians to join our Anglo Middlemount Facilities Maintenance on remote accommodation villages. You’ll be joining a small but established team conducting Camp and Facilities maintenance on a remote mine site accommodation in regional Queensland. There positions will be FIFO from Brisbane Airport or DIDO available for nearby team members. Immediate starts available.

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager on site
• Provide support to our established facilities maintenance teams in a remote mining village environment
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works, fault finding, reactive maintenance, test & tag, assisting other trades
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Allowances available such as Leading Hand, On Call, Call Outs, Nominee, Dual Trade etc.

 THE PERSON

• Current QLD Electrical Unrestricted Licence

• Current Australian Drivers Licence

• CPR + LVR & National Police Check within 12 months
• QBCC Highly desirable
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Medical dated within 12 months
• Able to access Brisbane Airport for FIFO ongoing works
