Recruitment Advisor 
Fixed Contract - June 2025 to April 2026

$91,000 (inclusive of super)

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team.  This could suit an experienced, hit the ground running recruiter, however we will also consider someone moving across from agency looking to carve out a career in internal recruitment with a global powerhouse. Reporting to the National Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer centricity – we bring to the table pride, passion and personality!

The Role:

• Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment, and all activities leading through to their first day at site
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
• Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering an excellent customer service at all levels
• Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice
• Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required

The Person:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and operational leaders under tight deadlines.

• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
