THE POSITION

• Mentoring and growing your team
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Working independently at times
• Catering at a high level across retail and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
• Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
• Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
• Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
• Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

THE PERSON

• Experience in a comparable environment 
• Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Experience with new openings and/or refurbishment projects
• Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
• Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
• An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
• The successful candidate must be able to obtain the relevant security clearances and obtain a food safety supervisor certificate.
